Pins

Normally, your users would have to log in and out if the same machine is being used. But pins allow them to switch seamlessly.
Initially, you must log in with a nominated username/ password and enable the quick pin switch.
Once in the diary, you will be prompted to enter a pin.
If there is no activity in the diary, the pin will timeout and will ask the user to enter it again.

The main reasons to setup pins is to identify which team member is interacting with the diary, without the need to log out/ in on the same machine.

To setup pins, you must first add a pin to a user.
Then you need to enable the quick pin switch.
